Goals 1. Apkopot informāciju par Aizkraukles novadā, kā arī tuvējā apkaimē laika ritumā strādājušajiem profesionālajiem fotogrāfiem un nozīmīgiem foto amatieriem;
2. pētīt pieejamos fotomateriālus, gūt ieskatu par fotogrāfu devumu sava laika sabiedriskās dzīves, pilsētvides un (vai) dabas ainavu fiksācijā, lauku un pilsētu etnogrāfiska rakstura fotomateriālu radīšanā;
3. veicināt iedzīvotāju sapratni par nepieciešamību saglabāt ģimeņu krājumos esošo fotogrāfisko mantojumu;
4. digitalizēt apzinātos fotomateriālus;
5. sniegt ieguldījumu novada kultūrvēsturiskā foto mantojuma saglabāšanā;
6. izmantojot izpētē iegūtos un radītos materiālus, rīkot interesentiem pieejamas izstādes;
7. perspektīvā, izmantojot izpētē iegūtos un radītos materiālus, sagatavot kvalitatīvu iespiedmateriālu un to publicēt grāmatā (ar fotogrāfu biogrāfijām un vērtīgāko fotogrāfiju attēliem);
8. perspektīvā, izmantojot izpētē iegūtos un radītos materiālus, izveidot pastāvīgu, sabiedrībai pieejamu ekspozīciju, radot vēstures entuziastiem interesantu apskates objektu, tādējādi popularizējot novadu un tā kultūrvēsturisko mantojumu un veicinot tūristu piesaisti;
9. iesaistīties attīstības projektos, kur iespējams izmantot izpētē iegūtos un radītos materiālus;
10. popularizēt fotografēšanu gan kā potenciālu profesiju, gan kā aizraušanos brīvajā laikā;
11. biedrība savu darbību var arī neaprobežot ar Aizkraukles novadu un tam tuvējo apkaimi.
