Goals 1. Veicināt un attīstīt Dagdas novada iedzīvotāju pašdarbību, prāta spēju attīstību un radošuma izpausmi foto un video procesos;

6. Nodrošināt Dagdas novada iedzīvotājiem un viesiem poligrāfiskos un tipogrāfiskos pakalpojumus.
7. Popularizēt Dagdas novadu, pielietojot foto un video procesu rezultātā radītas materiālās un nemateriālās lietas, kas tapušas uz cilvēka mentālo, maņu un emociju pamata.
