Noslēgt apsaimniekošanas un/vai pārvaldīšanas līgumus ar visiem daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā nama Rīgā, Maiznīcas ielā 3, turpmāk tekstā - Māja, ietilpstošiem īpašumiem un to daļām, tai skaitā ar topošajiem dzīvokļu īpašumiem, kas ietilpst kopējā īpašumā; 2. Nodrošināt Mājas fasāžu (ielas un pagalma ieejas fasādes), jumta, inženiertīklu un citu kopīpašuma daļu remontu un atjaunošanu; 3. Piesaistīt finansējumu no Rīgas domes, valsts un pašvaldību institūcijām, kā arī fondiem mājas uzturēšanai, remontiem un attīstībai; 4. Izmantot kredītiestāžu piedāvātās kreditēšanas iespējas Mājas pārvaldības, atjaunošanas un uzturēšanas mērķiem; 5. Nodrošināt un uzturēt uzkrājuma fondu Mājas vajadzībām (remontiem, avārijas situācijām u.c.); 6. Apmierināt Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar īpašumu un koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu; 7. Pārstāvēt Mājas īpašnieku intereses valsts un pašvaldību iestādēs, kā arī attiecībās ar trešajām personām, tostarp ar pašvaldības, valsts un privātajiem komunālo pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, nodrošinot Mājas īpašnieku tiesību un interešu aizsardzību; 8. Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas sadalīšanu atsevišķos dzīvokļu īpašumos atbilstoši normatīvajiem aktiem, kā arī koordinēt un nodrošināt ar to saistītos juridiskos, tehniskos un organizatoriskos procesus. 9. Nodrošināt tās pārvaldībā nododamā dzīvojamā nama Rīgā, Maiznīcas ielā 3, pienācīgu uzturēšanu; 10. Nodrošināt nama tehnisko ekspluatāciju, tajā skaitā dzīvojamo, nedzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību; 11. Nodrošināt piegulošās teritorijas (piemājas teritorijas) uzturēšanu; 12. Īstenot citu ar likumu neaizliegtu darbību. |
