Nodrošināt jebkuram dzīvniekam, kuram jebkādu iemeslu dēļ ilgstošo nevar atrast jaunu saimnieku, uzturēšanu to mūža garumā, izveidojot un uzturot dzīvnieku pansionātu, pagaidu mājas. Veicināt labvēlīgu attieksmi pret dzīvniekiem, neatkarīgi no to sugas, vecuma un veselības stāvokļa. Aktīvi līdzdarboties dzīvnieku labturību nosakošo normatīvo aktu izstrādes un pilnveidošanas procesos, paužot savu viedokli un sniedzot atzinumus valsts institūcijām dzīvnieku aizsardzības un labturības jomā un praktiski iesaistīties dzīvnieku labturības normu īstenošanā. Veicināt vides sakārtošanu, veidojot labvēlīgus dzīves apstākļus gan cilvēkiem, gan dzīvniekiem. Sadarboties ar nevalstiskām organizācijām, izglītības iestādēm, sociālajiem partneriem kopīgu mērķu īstenošanai. Piesaistīt ziedojumus un dāvinājumus, iegūstot kustamu un nekustamu īpašumu, veicot saimniecisko darbību mērķu īstenošanai. Rīkot sociālās akcijas/kampaņas ziedojumu piesaistei, Veicināt jauniešu zināšanas, attieksmes un prasmes, iesaistoties dzīvnieku labturības sniegšanā, popularizējot brīvprātības principu. Veicināt jaunatnes informētību, aktīvu līdzdalību lēmumu pieņemšanā un iesaistīšanos dzīvnieku labturības veicināšanā, paplašinot iespējas iegūt zināšanas un prasmes, jauniešu pašiniciatīvu izglītot savus vienaudžus, īstenot iniciatīvas, izmantot lietderīgi brīvo laiku dažādās neformālās izglītības aktivitātēs, radošos pasākumos, nometnēs, lomu un simulācijas spēlēs, projektos, kas saistīti ar vides un dzīvnieku labturības veicināšanas tēmām. |
