Nodrošināt programmas un pasākumus, konsultācijas par finanšu instrumentu izmantošanu, uzņēmējdarbības programmu atbalstīšanu, citas tehniskās un vadības konsultācijas t.sk. pētniecības rezultātu un projektu komercializācijai līdzekļu piesaistei un pārdalei sabiedriska labuma mērķu īstenošanas vārdā;

Aizstāvēt dažādu sabiedrības grupu, tai skaitā citas biedrības un nodibinājumus, kas darbojas šī problēmu loka jautājumu risināšanā vietējā, reģionālajā, nacionālajā un starptautiskajā līmenī t.sk. arī lai pārstāvētu savu biedru intereses un veicinātu viņu pieredzes apmaiņu, korporāciju un veicinātu attīstību starptautisko konkurētspēju un atpazīstamību.
