| Goals | Pārstāvēt dārziņu nomātāju intereses valsts un pašvaldības iestādēs. Aizstāvēt vēsturisko tradicionālo dārziņu nomātāju tiesības Inčukalna ielas un citās teritorijās, uzlabojot dārzkopju un pilsētas iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti. Iestāties par ES nozīmes aizsargājamās zaļās zonas Mežaparka biotopa dabas daudzveidības aizsardzību un saglabāšanu kā zaļo zonu. Organizēt videi draudzīgu apsaimniekošanu. Veicināt dārzkopības attīstību pilsētas zaļajās zonās, īpaši, vēsturiskajās teritorijās atbilstoši pilsētas ilgtspējīgai attīstībai. Panākt pilsētas vadības atbalstu un sakārtot zemes nomas līgumattiecības atbilstoši dārzu kultūras specifikai un ES valstu praksei, citu Latvijas pilsētu labākajam piemēram. Īstenot Rīgas attīstības plānā deklarētās zaļās vides, veselīga dzīvesveida un sociāli mazāk nodrošināto, neaizsargātāko rīdzinieku tiesības atbilstoši labākajiem pārvaldības principiem. Popularizēt un atbalstīt dabai draudzīgu aktīvu dzīvesveidu, īpaši, sociāli mazāk aizsargāto rīdzinieku grupās - invalīdi, maznodrošinātie t.sk. vecie cilvēki, ģimenes ar bērniem, nepilnās ģimenes, sniedzot brīvprātīgo atbalstu dārzu apsaimniekošanā lai paaugstinātu emocionālās un materiālās labklājības līmeni. Izglītot dārzkopjus dārzu kultūras, apsaimniekošanas, dabas un augu aizsardzības un šo darbību tiesiskajos jautājumos. Veicināt dārzkopju un sabiedrības izpratni un līdzdalību vides un dabas aizsardzībā. Veikt dārziņu un tiem piegulošo pilsētas teritoriju sakopšanu, saglabāšanu un apzaļumošanu, organizēt talkas, piesaistīt atbalstītājus. Mazināt likumpārkāpumu iespējas dārziņu un tiem piegulošajās pilsētas teritorijās, novēršot kriminogēnas iespējas un uzraugot šādas vietas. Izveidot drošības - kārtībnieku grupas likumpārkāpumu novēršanai dārziņos, organizēt kārtībnieku apmācību sadarbībā ar drošības iestādēm. Organizēt brīvprātīgo darbu dārziņu apsaimniekošanas savstarpējās palīdzības un drošības uzturēšanas darbam. Iespēju robežās sniegt dārzkopjiem atbalstu, risināt biedru dārzu apsaimniekošanas saimnieciskos jautājumus. Sadarboties ar citām biedrībām, nodibinājumiem un institūcijām biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai. Piesaistīt finansu un materiālus līdzekļus dārzu infrastruktūras, vides uzlabošanai, maznodrošināto atbalstam, rakstīt projektus, piesaistīt ziedotājus. |
