| Goals | Biedrības darbības pamatmērķis ir veicināt kopienu attīstību Latvijas lauku teritorijās, iedzīvotāju pilsonisko līdzdalību un tādu pasākumu un metožu aktivitāšu īstenošanu, kas uzlabo iedzīvotāju pilsonisko ieinteresētību un atbildību. Tas ietver vairākus apakšmērķus: -Pārstāvēt Bilskas pagasta teritorijā un Latvijā dzīvojošos cilvēkus, aizstāvēt viņu tiesības un intereses, veicināt iedzīvotāju, iedzīvotāju grupu un valsts pārvaldes sadarbību. -Veicināt jauniešu atgriešanos laukos, nodrošinot kvalitatīvas kultūras, sporta un izglītības iespējas. Veicināt jauniešos radošās domāšanas un individuālās inovācijas kapacitātes attīstību, ar mērķi pilnveidot jauniešu profesionālās un individuālās kompetences. Pārstāvēt Latvijas jauniešu intereses un tiesības valstiskā un starptautiskā līmenī. -Radīt apstākļus cilvēka mūžizglītības attīstībai mūsdienu līmenī. Sekmēt zinīgas, prasmīgas un audzinātas, ētiski attīstītas darbīgas personības veidošanos, īstenojot dažādas aktivitātes, tai skaitā kultūras pasākumi, apmācības un konsultācijas. Veicināt viedo ciemu attīstību. -Uzkrāt un saglabāt nemateriālo kultūras mantojumu, nodrošināt tā pieejamību sabiedrībai, kopt un veidot Kultūrvidi. Īpaši veicināt nemateriālo kultūras vērtību nodošanu bērnu un jauniešu auditorijai. Veicināt radošo industriju attīstību, starpnozaru sadarbību, veidojot starpdisciplinārās darba grupas radošo industriju kapacitātes celšanai. -Darboties partnerībā ar valsts, pašvaldības un nevalstiskajām institūcijām Latvijā un citās valstīs. Piedalīties politikas analīzē, pētniecībā, interešu aizstāvībā, līdzdalībā politikas dokumentu un normatīvo aktu izstrādē, sabiedrības informēšanā. -Veicināt nacionālo un starptautisko sakaru attīstīšanu un nostiprināšanu, tai skaitā projektu izstrādi un realizēšanu, kas saistīta ar Biedrības mērķiem un uzdevumiem. |
