Piedalīties Eiropas Savienības, valsts, pašvaldības un citās finansējuma un līdzfinansējuma programmās dzīvojamās mājas, tai piederīgo un/vai piesaistīto teritoriju, būvju un infrastruktūras atjaunošanai, labiekārtošanai, energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanai, tehniskā stāvokļa un drošības uzlabošanai. 4. Aizsargāt un pārstāvēt dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu un nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku kopīgās tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas saistīti ar dzīvojamo māju, tai piederīgajām un/vai piesaistītajām teritorijām, būvēm, infrastruktūru, to pārvaldīšanu, uzturēšanu, atjaunošanu un labiekārtošanu. 5.
