Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku, iedzīvotāju, kā arī Biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kuri skar Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu un uzturēšanu. Izpildīt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku un Biedrības biedru lēmumus, tajā skaitā uzņemties pilnvarotās personas pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā. Piedalīties un realizēt Dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas un energoefektivitātes uzlabošanas projektus. Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi Dzīvojamās mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā.
