| Goals | 1.Veicināt ģimeņu ar bērniem, tajā skaitā audžuģimeņu, aizbildņu un adoptētāju (turpmāk - Mērķa grupas) atbalstu, savstarpējo sadarbību un interešu aizstāvību Mērķa grupu stāvokļa uzlabošanai Latvijas Republikā; 2.Veicināt Mērķa grupu sadarbību ar valsts, pašvaldības iestādēm un nevalstiskajām organizācijām, uzņēmējsabiedrībām; 3.Izstrādāt priekšlikumus valsts un pašvaldības institūcijām Mērķa grupu politikas veidošanā Latvijā, ievērojot Latvijas Republikas likumus; 4.Informēt sabiedrību par Mērķa grupu darba specifiku un grūtībām, t.sk. veicot sociālas aptaujas un pētījumus par Mērķa grupu problēmām un situāciju Latvijas Republikā; 5.Celt Mērķa grupu prestižu sabiedrībā; 6.Veicināt Mērķa grupu un to bērnu interešu tiesisko aizsardzību, sniedzot juridisko palīdzību; 7.Sniegt sociālu un psiholoģisku palīdzību Mērķa grupām individuālās konsultācijās, speciālistu konsultācijās un organizējot atbalsta grupas; 8.Organizēt izglītojošus un informatīvus pasākumus (semināri, izglītojošas programmas konferences, nometnes, salidojumi, kultūras un atpūtas pasākumi, kā arī visi darbības veidi, ko neaizliedz Latvijas Republikas likumus); 9.Domstarpību padomes izveidošana ar mērķi aizstāvēt Mērķa grupas un to bērnu intereses konflikta situācijās ar valsts, pašvaldības iestādēm. t.sk. izglītības, veselības un sociālajām institūcijām, un konflikta situācijās ar audžubērnu bioloģiskajiem vecākiem; 10.Izveidot fondu Mērķa grupu, bāreņu un bez vecāku gādības palikušu bērnu atbalstam, piesaistot ziedojumus. |
