| Goals | Nodrošināt basketbola komandas "Pārdaugava" un tās spēlētāju (turpmāk tekstā - Komanda) darbību, attīstību un atbalstu, kas sevī ietver: 1.nodrošināt pienācīgu sporta un treniņu procesa uzturēšanu, nosakot iekšējās kārtības, treniņu, sacensību un braucienu organizēšanas kārtību; 2.veikt pasākumus, lai veicinātu Komandas spēlētāju sportiskās meistarības un fiziskās sagatavotības izaugsmi, kā arī saglabāt un uzlabot viņu veselības stāvokli; 3.veikt pasākumus, lai samazinātu riskus un pārtraukumus treniņu un sacensību procesa nodrošināšanā, nepieļaut sporta inventāra un materiālās bāzes defektu rašanos, samazināt traumu un citus ar sporta vidi saistītos riskus; 4.noteikt pasākumus, lai saglabātu un uzlabot Komandas vizuālo tēlu, atpazīstamību un estētiskās īpašības (formas tērpi, atribūtika); 5.veikt pasākumus, lai paaugstinātu efektivitāti Komandas finanšu un organizatoriskās vadības pārvaldīšanā; 6.uzsākt un īstenot projektus, kas nodrošina Komandas darbības atbilstību spēkā esošajiem sporta normatīviem un veselīga, aktīva dzīvesveida paaugstināšanas principiem; 7.apmierināt Komandas vajadzības, kas saistītas ar Komandas spēlētāju dalību sporta pasākumos, nometnēs un turnīros. |
