Iesaistīt Biedrības Biedrus medījamo dzīvnieku aizsardzībā, vairošanā un populāciju bagātināšanā;
Organizēt likumiem atbilstošu medīšanu, atļautu medīšanas veidu pielietošanu;
Organizēt mednieku kvalifikācijas celšanu, īpaši jauno mednieku apmācību, kā arī Latvijas iedzīvotāju izglītošanu jautājumos;
Organizēt medību trofeju uzskaiti, popularizēšanu un aizsardzību;
Iespēju robežās sniegt palīdzību Valsts un Pašvaldību institūcijām medījamo dzīvnieku ierobežošanai postījumu vietās;
Veicināt medību tūrisma attīstību.
