Is usually 7 to 22 business days. BUT - unexpected things can happen - like random custom controls which can take up to six weeks or even more.
* Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 3 month (14 weeks) from posting date and tracking info approves that.
I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
